What is Esther Fast?

    In the book of Esther in the Bible, Queen Esther needed favor from the King in order to stop a plot to kill all the Jewish people in her country. Before she met with the King she asked the people to pray and fast for her. God answered these prayers, saving the Jewish people in the land and gave them favor.
   Prayer and fasting gives us the opportunity to increase the time, focus and intensity of connecting with God to ask him to move on behalf of our country.

What do we want to ask Him to do?
-To appoint the political leaders that He wants to lead the people in the upcoming elections.

-That God would be infused back into our culture through the values of our leaders and America would embrace God rather than distance ourselves further.

-To restore God as Head of our homes, churches, government, judicial system and schools.

-To restore national peace and order.

-To return us to a God centered world view.

-To help our country return to the premise "one nation under God."

God will answer our Prayers!
